To make a booking you must be adult in your country of
residence and financially responsible of paying the services contracted by
us.
Rates are stated in United States dollars and they include the apartment’s
services like: building taxes, municipal taxes, water, electricity, phone
(with limited line), cable TV, weekly maid service, and when it’s
specified broadband service.

How to book an Apartment

You may start
your reservation request completing and sending the Reservation Form
trough our web. Where you will select the apartment of your interest and
complete your personal information, number of passengers and check in
/check out dates. If you are interested in more than one apartment you
must complete a Reservation Form for each one.

Your Apartment in Baires will process your request and reply you by e-mail in 24/ 72
working hours, providing you availability and prices information and
indicating procedure and modes of reservation payment.

Once you
receive our reply, you may confirm your reservation following the
instructions of modes of reservation payment.

The reservation
will only be confirmed once the reservation payment has been credited.
After this
Your Apartment in Baires will send you an e-mail confirmation.
* Reservations for apartments are confirmed
with a payment in the amount of 30% of the price corresponding to the stay
at the selected property. You can send the reservation payment through
Western Union, or pay by Credit Card trough Paypal if you live abroad, and
through a bank deposit or by Credit Card trough Dinero Mail if you are in
Argentina.
Payment way
The full stay, the guarantee deposit, and the U$S 30 of administrative
fees must be paid CASH when guests check in.
No credit cards,
travelers’ checks or personal checks will be accepted in the apartment.
Guarantee deposit
For week rental = 1 week rental fee For month rental= 1 month
rental fee
The
apartment’s owner will keep the guarantee deposit until the check out, and
this deposit will be refund after the owner check the apartment’s
conditions. If everything is in order, the security deposit will be
refunded in full. In the event of any breakages, damage or missing items,
the pertinent amount will be deducted from the security deposit, and
guests will be refunded any remaining balance.
To shorten the stay
 If you
should decide to shorten the length of your stay, previously made payments
will not be refunded.
In the case
that a guest who has a lease agreement for several months, in which the
rent is paid month to month, decides to shorten the contracted rental
period, the security deposit will not be refunded, but will be retained by
the property owner as compensation for the incompletion of the anticipated
rental period.
About the admission and permanence in
the apartment
Guests are
obligated to provide the names, ID numbers and ages of all persons who
will occupy the property. The use of the property by the guest to provide
lodging for more people than the maximum capacity stated in the lease
agreement is basis for eviction.
The guests
must respect the buildings’ rules in relation to the admission of pets,
noises and other associated circumstances. The violation of this
regulation is basis for eviction.
All poperty owners reserve the right to make the final decision regarding
the reception of guests in their properties.
Rental extensions
Temporary lease agreements cannot be extended, they have an initial date
and an end date. If you want to extend your stay you must make a new lease
agreement.

Your Apartment in Baires only rents the apartments posted on our site. Our
company is not responsible for any changes made by the owners in the
apartments.
Agreement to use our services shall constitute agreement and acceptance of
our General Terms and Conditions published in our Web site. If you are in
